Automated Customer Complaints Handling System
Cardholders need not worry about their complaints being left
unattended because EN has an automated customer complaints system. A
customer who encounters a problem while transacting at an EN ATM can
report his case to the bank where he transacted. The complaint is
noted down in a report and forwarded to the EN Operations Department
for proper handling and immediate resolution.
A standard turn-around time of three banking days is being observed to
resolve customer complaints among EN member banks.
