Here are some ATM safety tips that you should always remember:

Treat your ATM card as CASH. NEVER ALLOW SOMEONE ELSE TO USE YOUR ATM CARD.

Commit your PIN to memory and never tell or share your PIN to anyone.
Do not write your PIN and in case you must, never keep your card and
any written record of your PIN in the same location. We highly
recommend that you change your PIN periodically.

Do not count your money while at the ATM. Wait until you leave the
vicinity of the ATM and do it in a secure location.

Be aware of the people around you while conducting your ATM
transaction. Shield the ATM screen to prevent onlookers from
discovering your PIN. If you notice anything out of the ordinary,
immediately cancel your transaction, take your card and find another
ATM location.

Never allow anyone to assist you at the ATM even if he/she identifies
himself/ herself as your bank representative.

Immediately report a lost or stolen card to your branch of account so
necessary actions could be taken to protect your funds.

Compare your ATM records with the statement of account you receive and
confirm that all transaction reflected therein are correct. Report any
discrepancy to your branch of account immediately.
