An EN ATM cardholder can do intra-bank funds transfer using any EN, ML, and BN ATM.

Automated Customer Complaints Handling System

Cardholders need not worry about their complaints being left unattended because EN has an automated customer complaints system. A customer who encounters a problem while transacting at an EN ATM can report his case to the bank where he transacted. The complaint is noted down in a report and forwarded to the EN Operations Department for proper handling and immediate resolution.

A standard turn-around time of three banking days is being observed to resolve customer complaints among EN member banks.
